STATEMENT ON MIDDLE EAST -MILITARY OPERATION IN RAFAH
The situation in the Middle East is very concerning because of the reports of military operation in Rafah. This will be endangering lives of innocent Palestinians, including women and children who are seeking refuge in these devastating circumstances. The delivery of humanitarian is being seriously impacted. Rather than standing up for everlasting peace and absolute justice, supporting ICJ decision, end of violence and occupation, application of international law and return of hostages, Canadian government as usual is issuing meaningless statements and playing hypocritical role.
